Mobile Primary Care Adult & Family NPs, PLLC is a group of certified nurse practitioners, in collaboration with a board certified geriatric physician, who offer a wide range of low cost, high quality medical services; specifically tailored to meet the medical needs of homebound individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

        The collective background of the nurse practitioners includes experience in geriatric, cardiac, psychiatric and medical/surgical care. Mobile Primary Care providers come to the home/assisted living facility offering full quality care, including routine physicals, diagnosis and treatment, medication prescription, follow up on evaluations, mental health assessments and appropriate referrals to other services, specialists and agencies as needed.

        It is the expressed goal of Mobile Primary Care to assist the homebound individual to remain in their home, retaining an atmosphere of comfort, safety and dignity. We support and educate family members in their efforts to participate with the care of their loved ones.
